App Machine SIA ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Truck Doctor mobile application (the "Service"). This policy describes the app; our website is a promotional website for adults and is not part of the Service. Truck Doctor is a game about fixing trucks, designed for young children (ages 2–5) and is offered in the Apple App Store Kids Category.
Protecting children's privacy is central to how the Service is built. This policy explains what little information we handle, why, and the choices you have. In short: we ask for no names, emails or contact details, we show no advertising inside the app, we track no one across other apps or websites, and we never sell data. What we do handle is a random device identifier and basic technical information needed to run the game, described below.
Truck Doctor is designed to comply with the Apple Kids Category requirements, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, including its provisions for children (GDPR / GDPR-K). Accordingly, the Service:
To let the game remember a device between visits, we store a single first-party, strictly-necessary cookie ("device_guid") containing a randomly generated identifier (a UUID). This identifier is not the advertising identifier (IDFA), is not a device fingerprint, and is not linked to any real-world identity, name, or contact detail. It cannot be used to identify a child.
We record a minimal, anonymous play log to see which parts of the game children reach and where they stop. This log consists of:
This data is tied only to the anonymous device identifier above. It contains no personal information and is used solely to operate and improve the game's content.
So the game can run correctly on a device, the app sends basic technical information about it — such as an installation identifier from the operating system (not the advertising identifier), the device model and software versions, and its language. None of that technical information is used for advertising or profiling, and it is erased together with the device record.
The app may ask the adult setting it up a few questions about the child and the goals for the game. The answers are kept with the anonymous device record and erased together with it.
We advertise Truck Doctor in the App Store and measure how well those ads work.
We do not collect or request names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, precise geolocation, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, or any other information that identifies you or your child. The Service has no user accounts and no login.
The limited, anonymous information described above is used only to:
We show no advertising inside the app, and we do not use any information to track users across other apps or websites, to build a profile of anyone, or for automated decision-making.
We do not sell, rent, or share information with third parties for their own purposes. Like any online service, we rely on a small number of providers to run it — for hosting, for handling subscriptions and measuring our ads, and for spotting technical faults. They act as our processors: they handle data on our behalf, under contract, only as needed to provide their service, and none of them receives a name, an email address, or any other way to identify a child. Subscriptions are purchased through the App Store or Google Play, and payment details never reach us.
The Service contains no third-party advertising and performs no behavioral tracking of users.
The device record and its play log are kept for as long as the app is installed and in use — the game reads that history on every launch to remember where the child is. Deletion is in your hands and takes effect immediately:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The anonymous play log supports the internal operation of the Service and is not used for behavioral advertising or to build a profile of any child. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we handle. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
